Modern Construction USA Corp was born in 2005 in Chicago, Illinois, from a simple belief: that every family deserves a home — and every business deserves a space — built with complete honesty and unmatched craftsmanship. What began as a small residential crew of three has grown into a full-service construction company operating across 12 US states and Bangladesh.
Our founder, who immigrated from Bangladesh in the late 1990s, brought with him a deep work ethic and an even deeper belief that construction is not just about bricks and concrete — it's about building people's dreams. That philosophy remains at the heart of everything we do today.
Over two decades, we have delivered 500+ projects ranging from modest home renovations to multi-storey commercial towers. We've expanded into electrical, plumbing, and interior renovation — giving clients a true one-stop construction partner they can rely on from foundation to finish.
Today, with a team of 60+ professionals, we serve clients in the United States and Bangladesh, maintaining the same small-team quality and personal attention that defined us from day one.
